4C For Children is the Child Care Resource and Referral Agency (CCR&R) serving Kenosha, Milwaukee, Ozaukee, Racine, Washington, and Waukesha Counties in Southeastern Wisconsin. 4C offers a comprehensive range of services designed to enhance the quality of Early Care and Education. We provide training for both new and existing child care providers, assist parents in navigating available child care options, collaborate closely with the State of Wisconsin to deliver licensing and certification services, and administer a USDA Food program for child care providers. 4C is widely recognized as a leader in the field of early education.
